Canine Keepsakes is a warm, dog-loving place, and we review everything uploaded — custom artwork photos and creator designs alike — to keep it that way.
We can't accept anything unlawful or that infringes someone's rights: copied or derivative artwork, brand names, logos or licensed characters you don't have rights to, counterfeits, a real person's face or name used without permission, manipulated or "deepfake" images of real people, or other people's personal details (names, phone numbers, addresses).
We also can't accept anything harmful or offensive: hateful, discriminatory or harassing content, hate symbols or extremist material, political propaganda or religious extremism, sexual or explicit content or anything that sexualises or endangers children, graphic violence or animal cruelty, promotion of weapons or illegal drugs, scams, medical misinformation, or QR codes and web links embedded in artwork.
On AI: AI-assisted work must be yours to sell, must not reproduce protected or trademarked material, and must not imitate a living artist's recognisable style where doing so would infringe that person's rights.
Finally, some things simply aren't suitable to print — images too low-resolution or blurry, obvious AI distortions, files that won't print well, designs that don't fit our dog-focused style, duplicates, and spam.
If something breaches this policy we may decline it, remove it, cancel related orders and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend or close the account and report it where appropriate. If your submission is declined, we'll give you a clear reason. Questions? caninekeepsakes.admin@gmail.com
