Artist Referral (Ambassador) Programme

Know a talented dog artist who should be selling with us? Our Artist Referral Programme rewards you for bringing genuine new creators into the Canine Keepsakes "design for us" community. It's open to our existing creators, ambassadors and influencers.

How it works

Share your unique artist-referral link with an artist you'd recommend. When they join as a Creator, get a design approved and published, and that design makes its first qualifying sale, you earn a referral reward. The current reward is shown on this page and may change from time to time.

Why the reward comes at first sale (not sign-up)

We reward genuine, active artists — not sign-ups. Because the reward only triggers when a referred artist has a real, approved design that actually sells, there's nothing to gain from creating fake accounts or mass-inviting people. This keeps the programme fair and keeps the quality of our creator community high.

Eligibility

• You need a Canine Keepsakes account to get an artist-referral link.
• The artist you refer must be a genuinely new Creator who hasn't sold with us before.
• A "qualifying sale" is a completed, paid order for the referred artist's approved design that isn't fully refunded, cancelled or charged back.
• The referred artist's design must pass our normal review and meet our Acceptable Content Policy.
• Rewards are paid after the qualifying sale clears, as account credit or via PayPal, and have no cash value unless stated.

What doesn't count (anti-abuse)

Rewards won't be earned, and may be withheld, voided or reversed, where we reasonably suspect: referring yourself or your own additional accounts; fake or duplicate artist accounts; artists who are the same person, household, payment method, device or network as the referrer; using a VPN or other means to appear as different people; "artists" who only upload to trigger a reward with no genuine intent to sell; or any attempt to game the programme. Repeated abuse may close your account.

Changes

We may change, pause or end this programme at any time, and set or vary the reward, always honouring rewards already properly earned. Where a reward has conditions, we'll state them at the time. Questions? caninekeepsakes.admin@gmail.com
