A Canine Keepsakes Gift Card is a lovely way to let someone choose their own keepsake.
Gift Cards are digital codes spent on caninekeepsakes.co.uk, issued and redeemed in pounds sterling, not exchangeable for cash, and emailed to the address given at purchase. Each is valid for 24 months from purchase, with the expiry date shown. Gift Cards can't be used to buy other Gift Cards.
You can use a Gift Card across several orders — if your order costs less than the card, the balance stays on it; if more, pay the difference with PayPal. If you pay part Gift Card, part PayPal and later get a refund, we split it the same way. If an order paid by Gift Card is cancelled before we make it, we restore the balance to your card.
Treat your code like cash. We can't replace codes lost or stolen through being shared or exposed, and aren't responsible for unauthorised use of an exposed code — but tell us straight away if you think a code's compromised and we'll help. If the delivery email doesn't arrive, check spam then contact us; we can resend once we've verified the purchase. We monitor for fraud and may void or suspend a card obtained through fraud, error, a reversed payment or a breach of these terms. Promotional credit may carry its own conditions (such as a shorter expiry) shown at the time and has no cash value.
