What this service does not include

  • New artwork created from scratch
  • Changes to the overall collection theme
  • Major pose or composition changes
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Third-party characters, logos or copyrighted designs

Typical artwork turnaround is 3–5 working days. Priority requests aim for 48 hours. Complex markings, unclear photos or extra dogs may take longer.

The artwork fee is paid upfront to reserve design time. After payment, your photo is uploaded securely and your request is submitted. We only use your photo to create your custom artwork. By paying you agree to the terms above and our Privacy Policy.

Physical products are purchased separately after you approve the artwork.

Is this a full custom drawing?

No. We customise one of our existing designs by replacing the dog with your dog.

Can you change the background?

No. Backgrounds, scenes and collection themes stay the same.

Can you do mixed-breed dogs?

Yes. Upload a clear photo and tell us the breed mix if you know it.

Do I get a preview?

Yes. We send a digital preview before anything is printed.

What if the likeness is slightly off?

One revision is included for colour, markings or likeness tweaks.

Can I order the artwork on different products?

Yes. Once approved, the artwork can be used on available Canine Keepsakes products.
